Municipal Court. Please Include the case number and note that the check is
for a probation fee. Checks and money orders can be made payable to New
Philadelphia Municipal Court. |

| A. | No, if you wish to set up a payment plan, you must appear in court on the Date stated at the bottom of the citation. |
