- A. Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Payments are only accepted until 4:00 p.m.
- Q. What types of payment does the Court accept?
- A. The court accepts payment by cash, check (personal, cashier, or company), money order, or credit card (accepted in person only)*. If you are sending a company check, please attach a copy of the citation.

- Q. Who do I send my probation fee to?
- A. Send probation fees to the New Philadelphia Municipal Court. Please Include the case number and note that the check is for a probation fee. Checks and money orders can be made payable to New Philadelphia Municipal Court.
- Q. I just got a bondable citation and I cannot pay the fine by the date to appear in court. Can I set up a payment plan?
- A. No, if you wish to set up a payment plan, you must appear in court on the date stated at the bottom of the citation.
